All of your personal account details can be accessed and managed from the “Settings” tab upon signing in through www.newshedge.com.
We offer standard 21-day free trials without having a credit card on file. Prior to the free trial expiration, we’ll send you reminder emails asking you to update your account’s billing information for continued use of the NewsHedge service.
During Free Trial: If you update your account billing information during your free trial, you can expect a processing charge to be executed on the next business day after your free trial ends, which would effectively start your subscription agreement and set your billing anniversary date.
After Free Trial: If you submit your payment information at any time after your free trial ended, your account will immediately be charged, and your subscription agreement will begin. That day will become your monthly billing anniversary date.
If participating in a trial extension, all account billing policies apply in the same manner.
Our plans are monthly recurring. You will be billed once per month on your billing anniversary date. For example, you submitted your payment information January 14 and a payment of $49 was transacted. You can expect subsequent payments to happen each month on the 14th.
We accept payment in over 130 currencies.
If a charge is declined using the payment method on file, we’ll attempt to process payment 24 hours later. Upon the 2nd failed attempt we’ll try again on the 4th day and then once again on the 8th day, all measured from the original billing anniversary date. Each failed attempt automatically notifies you via email.
Your account would be “suspended” on the 8th day. Once your account is brought up to good standing, payments will revert back and continue from the original billing anniversary date.
Don’t worry, you can change your subscription service in the middle of a billing cycle and we’ll automatically prorate the charges.
Individual Clients: You can cancel at any time. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. However, If you choose to cancel your service, your cancellation takes effect on your next billing cycle. Any unused portions of your service will not be refunded. This cancellation policy applies to all plans.
Enterprise Clients: To cancel your account, please contact your account representative directly or by sending your request to billing@newshedge.com.
Refunds, if eligible, will be issued using the current payment method on file.
All cancellations or eligible refunds will be effective on the date NewsHedge receives your change request.
NewsHedge reserves the right to periodically amend this policy for any reason and without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically.
